PAT Testing professional lettings and HMO
This time of the year July through to September is our busiest time for PAT Testing professional lettings and HMO.
We carry out the majority of these around Durham city itself which has a huge student population.
However, we do also travel frequently to Consett, Chester le Street and Darlington, and everywhere in between. We test all appliances, both portable and fixed supplied by the landlord. This is done either through an estate agent or direct with the landlord at a fixed price.
This will include items including fridges, freezers, washing machines, dryers, microwaves etc.
We have also recently started to test more Air BNB’s as they become more popular.
We can also carry out smoke detector tests and microwave leakage tests at a small extra cost. Fixed wire testing (EICR) and fire risk assessments can also be arranged.
